BEER SERVICE

During your event, you two options on how beer is served:

Cash Bar: Once the bar minimum for the event has been reached, the tab will be closed with the card on file plus a 20% service fee (gratuity).  Event guests will be responsible for their own purchases at that point.

Open Bar: The tab will stay open during the entire event and tab will be closed with the card on file plus a 20% service fee (gratuity). 

Drink tickets available on request.

WINE SERVICE

Wine is available by the bottle during your event.  Please verify with us before

CATERING

LogOff Brewing does not offer catering for events.  However, we work with many food vendors on a regular basis and can provide recommendations.  Finally, we have food trucks out on most days and it is possible to work with them for your event.  Please let us know if you plan to do this so proper arrangements can be made.

DECORATIONS

Non-permanent and non-damaging decorations are permitted.  You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs or use the brewery furniture.  Please notify us in advance on any furniture requests.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RESERVATIONS FOR ANY EVENTS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE FOR OUR VENUE. PLEASE REVIEW THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS CAREFULLY.

Venue Fee: Your date is not guaranteed until all venue fees have been paid in full and a credit card authorization form has been approved. 

Bar Minimum: Sometimes guests don’t drink quite as much as you thought. If at the end of your reservation time, the bar minimum has not been met, the remaining balance will be charged as a venue fee. Bar minimums must be spent on draft beer and are non-transferable to merch, packaged beer or gift cards.

Cancelations: Rescheduling is permitted 14+ days prior to the reservation date. Any cancelations on the part of the client will forfeit all payments.

Legal Drinking: All guests must be 21 years old or over and have a valid form of ID to be served and consume alcohol. Purchasing or giving alcohol to someone who can not legally be served will result in immediate removal from premise and may result in termination of your event.

Outside Alcohol: Per California law, the consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises or surrounding parking lot/street. If any members of your party are found with non-approved alcohol (including unopened bottles) or found drinking in undesignated areas, they will be immediately evicted we reserve the right to end your event. All monies paid and remaining reservation time will be forfeit.

Smoking & Vaping: Per California law, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the taproom or within 25 feet of any building entrance or exit.

Children & Dogs: Well behaved children and dogs are welcome; it is always the parents or guardians sole responsibility to provide adult supervision at all times. Children must remain within arms reach of a parent or guardian and dogs must remain leashed at all times. If a child is found in an off-limits area or behaving dangerously or disruptively, they will be asked to leave.

Liability: You are responsible for all loss, theft or damage to your guests’ property and LogOff Brewing’s building, grounds, equipment and furnishings. The cost of replacement or repair of any item will be charged to the client. LogOff and its insurers are not to be held liable for any damage or loss.

Prohibited: Firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives, open flames and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If any of members of your party are found with banned items they will be immediately evicted and we reserve the right to end your event. All monies paid and remaining reservation time will be forfeit.
